Self Care Sunday - “Gratitude in the little things”
Small rituals. Deep nourishment. Rooted in presence.
November is a month of quiet appreciation. As the air turns crisp and life begins to speed up with the holidays, it’s easy to overlook the small amounts of care that carry us through. But self-care doesn’t always have to be grand. Sometimes, it’s found in a breath. A pause. A swipe of balm before you step into the cold.
This month, we’re focusing on intentional simplicity—finding gratitude in the little things. And yes, that includes your lip balm.
Focus Topic : Micro-Rituals for Self Care
Self-care doesn’t have to be an hour-long ritual. It can be 60 seconds of presence, repeated throughout your day. We call these micro-rituals—tiny moments that anchor you, calm you, and bring you back to yourself.
Whether it’s applying lip balm with intention, sipping a warm drink, or pausing to breathe deeply, these small acts remind you: you are worthy of care, even in the rush.
Bud Bombs Product Tie-In: CBD Lip Balm

Our CBD-Infused Lip Balm is a cold-weather essential, offering deep hydration, healing support, and a calming moment built right into your daily routine.
Key Benefits:
• Cocoa Butter for long-lasting moisture and a protective barrier against the cold
• Candelilla Wax to lock in hydration and give the balm a smooth, non-sticky finish
• Sweet Almond Oil to gently nourish and soften dry, delicate skin
• Cold-Pressed Lime Oil for a bright, refreshing twist that uplifts the senses
How to use:
Apply generously whenever your lips feel dry or tight. Take a moment to breathe in the lime, feel the nourishment sink in, and use that moment as a reminder: you’re caring for yourself, even in the small ways.
Self Care Ritual: The 60-Second Reset
1. Pause what you’re doing
2. Apply lip balm slowly and intentionally
3. Take 3 deep breaths
4. List one thing you’re grateful for—right here, right now
5. Exhale, smile, and continue on
Repeat as often as needed.
Closing Note:
This season, care doesn’t have to be complex. It just has to be intentional. Let your small rituals ground you. Let them soften you. And let them remind you: you deserve to receive care just as often as you give it.
We’ll see you in December with a restorative ritual to help you close out the year with calm and clarity.

I usually apply my lip balm in a rush, so giving it an extra minute could easily “calm the storm” on the spot.
