Self Care Sunday - “A Ritual, Not a Routine”
Meet your new monthly moment of calm
Welcome to Self Care Sunday, a monthly blog dedicated to slowing down, tuning in, and taking care of the most important thing in your life—you.
This space was born from a simple belief: self-care isn’t selfish—it’s sacred. And it doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or reserved for “when you have time.” It can be as simple as taking a deep breath, drawing a warm bath, or giving your body the nourishment it deserves.
Once a month, on the first Sunday, we’ll be here with a fresh blog post focused on different ways to care for your mind, body, and energy. Each entry will explore one theme—from stress relief to skincare to creating rituals around healing—and share practical tools you can actually use.
Why We’re Here:
I created this space as an extension of Bud Bombs, my line of cannabinoid-infused self-care products. From bath bombs and body butter to lip balm, soaking salts, and tattoo aftercare, every product is crafted with intention: to help you feel good in your skin.
But this blog isn’t just about the products—it’s about the practice. You’ll learn how to weave these tools into your life in ways that feel natural and nourishing. You’ll get ideas for building rituals, creating space, and finding your own version of peace—one Sunday at a time.
What You Can Expect:
Each month you’ll find:
• A featured theme around self-care (think: slowing down, skin recovery, post-ink healing, seasonal reset)
• A deep dive into that topic—why it matters, how to explore it, and what it can do for your well-being
• A spotlight on one of our products + how to use it in your routine
• A short, actionable self-care ritual you can try that week
How to Join the Ritual:
You don’t have to overhaul your life to start feeling better. You just need small, consistent moments of intention.
So pour a cup of tea, take a deep breath, and mark your calendar for the first Sunday of each month. Self Care Sunday is your space—your time to come back to yourself.
I’m so glad you’re here. 💚💚💚💚💚
